Oliver du Sautoy has joined commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton as head of research. With over ten years’ experience as a property market analyst, most recently heading up the regional research function at Knight Frank, Oliver has a broad range of experience and sector coverage.
Oliver’s focus will be to develop the already well-received research provided by Lambert Smith Hampton, such as quarterly investment transaction reports, annual sector reviews and one-off topical research pieces around transport, planning or legislative changes.
In addition to this, he will ascertain demand for new forms of research and will increase LSH’s engagement across the occupier and investment markets.
Oliver said “I am delighted to be on board – LSH has ambitious plans and I am looking forward to supporting this by driving the research resource forwards.”
Ezra Nahome, CEO of Lambert Smith Hampton, explains: “We are well-known for our innovative and commercially focused research. Our clients rely on the insight we provide and Oliver and his team will be taking this service to the next level.”
