Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby has let unit 7 2nd Avenue Business Park in Millbrook to a car servicing; MOT and repair business with an established client base which previously operated in Rushington.
The unit comprised 2,065 Sq Ft of industrial space in one of Southampton’s main industrial locations, close to the M271 and M27 motorways and with access to the city centre. The quoting rent was £12,390 per annum exclusive.
Goadsby had concluded a number of other deals in Millbrook recently including the letting of Unit 18 Chancerygate Business Centre to INDO Lighting Ltd and Heritage House on 2nd Avenue to BLD Group.
