Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the sale of 15 Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth to Mr David Wilkinson.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail sales area of 857 sq ft with further ancillary storage of 570 sq ft provided at basement level. The quoting price was £140,000.
