Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 344-346 Lymington Road, Highcliff to Lloyds Pharmacy who are relocated from their existing store on Lymington Road.
The subject premises comprise a double fronted lock up shop which provided Lloyds Pharmacy with the additional space they required. The quoting rental was £19,000 pa ex.
