Evolve Estates has acquired The Moor Centre, a 14 unit Shopping Centre on High Street, Brierley Hill, in the West Midlands, for an undisclosed sum.
The multi-let centre, the only purpose-built scheme in Brierley Hill, is let to tenants including Iceland, Superdrug, Boots, Bet Fred and Greggs. A programme of investment and improvements will be delivered in order to attract new retail tenants.

“Along with our managing agents, London & Cambridge Properties Ltd, who are located close to Brierley Hill, we will be working closely with Dudley Council and Brierley Hill businesses to ensure the success of the centre, attracting a greater footfall and a range of new tenants.”
CWM advised Evolve Estates on the purchase and Mason & Partners advised the vendor.
