TC Consult Ltd – Wales based project and cost consultancy practice, has announced the formal integration of long standing quantity surveyor firm Bank Wood & Partners (Wales) Ltd. Both companies will become formally integrated under the TC Consult name to mark the final transition of TC Consult’s acquisition of Banks Wood & Partners (Wales).
Paul Tambini, co-founder and director of TC Consult said: “Having both businesses trade under the same name will give a strong and clear message to the market and will enable us to compete with larger firms on a national scale in new market sectors. Banks Wood & Partners (Wales) clients will enhance our already strong portfolio to include major organisations such as Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, Carmarthenshire County Council, CADW and Principality Building Society.”
TC Consult was established in Newport – South Wales in 2007 by Paul Tambini and David Champs, offering a fresh approach to project and cost consultancy services. While Banks Wood & Partners (Wales) is a long established firm which TC Consult acquired in December 2013. Since the acquisition, both companies have traded under their respective names until now.

The full service offering from TC Consult includes project management, quantity surveying, employer’s agent, fund monitoring, cost consultancy, CDMC and party wall advice across a diverse range of sectors, including retail and leisure, health and education, residential, finance and public sector.
The services are provided on a national basis, from TC Consult’s office on Cathedral Road, Cardiff.
