Spectrum Property Care Ltd agreed a new 10-year lease for unit E4 in the Trade Zone at Commerce Park in Frome.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the lease at an asking rent of £19,000 per annum.
Rachael Ward, a Senior Surveyor at Myddelton & Major, said: “As a premier business park in the region, Commerce Park is continuing to attract companies of the calibre of Spectrum.
“Two new centres are currently under construction to meet increased demand and we look forward to welcoming businesses of all kind to the park.”
