Business leaders across Coventry and Warwickshire will put the region’s parliamentary candidates under the spotlight at a series of events ahead of the General Election in May.
The Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce is holding a series of ‘hustings’ around the region and many of the candidates for seats across the city and the county have already confirmed their attendance.
Companies are being asked to register at [email protected] if they wish to attend.
Angela Tellyn, partnerships manager at the Chamber, said: “This is a great opportunity for businesses across the city and the county to put their views and concerns to parliamentary candidates in their area.
“The Chamber is not a party political organisation but it is our role to ensure that whoever represents the area in parliament understands the needs of business and the vital role it plays in the community.
“This is a chance to put questions to our parliamentary candidates to also hear their plans to support businesses in this region.”
