Southampton-based accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has secured BBC South Today newsreader Laura Trant to host its Central South Mid-Market gala dinner next week at St Mary’s Stadium.
The event will celebrate the success of the region’s mid-sized companies – those with a turnover of between £10m and £300m. BDO’s mid-market focus over the last twelve months has put the spotlight on the best local companies within the ambitious mid-market: those with the desire to innovate; the willingness to adapt to new market opportunities; and the ability to achieve sustainable growth.
Malcolm Thixton, lead partner at BDO in Southampton says, “This event is the culmination of our campaign to demonstrate the importance of the mid-market to the Central South and the highlight of the evening will be the announcement of the BDO Mid Market Company of the Year. The dinner will take place at St Mary’s Stadium on Wednesday 4th February.
