Christopher Thomas are pleased to have sold Hannover House Virginia Water Surrey 8,500 sq.ft of offices to Kirkby Homes.
The developer is intending to retain and re let 5,000 sq.ft of the offices, add a residential floor above and convert the smaller ground floor into a retail unity.
The scheme overlooks Virginia Water station and the memorial grounds in the village centre. Christopher Thomas will be retained as the letting and selling agents.
