Howzat! A new indoor cricket centre is to open in Salisbury in 2015 after gaining premises through Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major acted on behalf of the landlord to successfully negotiate the 10-year lease of unit 3 at 115 Tollgate Road.
Director Steve Warner has gained planning permission for the new Tollgate Indoor Cricket Centre (TICC) and hopes to bowl over cricket enthusiasts with a grand opening in 2015.
Rachael Ward, a senior surveyor at Myddelton & Major, said: “This is an exciting new facility for Salisbury.
“It is an innovative use of an existing industrial building and a valuable addition to the recreational facilities in the Salisbury area.
“We are pleased to play our part in the launch of an enterprising new initiative for the benefit of the city and the area’s sporting community.”
The premises measure 7,125 sq ft (662 sq m) and are on the eastern edge of the city. They were refurbished in 2008 and include offices.
