Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has brought another new business into Salisbury city centre premises.
The High Street firm has acted on behalf of the landlord to successfully negotiate the new six-year lease with Dan Smith Hairdressing Ltd for the premises.
On a busy city centre route, Dan Smith has taken the space in a period property at 7 Ivy Street.
Dean Speer, a Partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “This is the latest in a series of successful new leases agreed with businesses locating in the city centre.
“It further demonstrates improving confidence in the economy as we see space taken across all sectors.”
He added: “Dan Smith Hairdressing has moved into an interesting period property which benefits from being close to the Brown Street car park and the Queen’s Arms.
“It is in the perfect location for a business seeking to become established as it is on a busy road which links several prime city centre streets.”
Myddelton & Major marketed the premises on an asking rent of £7,500 per annum.
