A new tenant is moving into modern offices on Salisbury’s busiest trading estate through Myddelton & Major.
Forward Vision Occupational Health & Safety Services Ltd is taking over unit 3 at the Boathouse Meadows Business Park in Cherry Orchard Lane on the Churchfields Industrial Estate.
Measuring a total of 815 sq ft (76 sq m), the two-storey premises, carried an asking rent of £7,500.
Rachael Ward, a senior surveyor at Myddelton & Major, said: “This letting is one of a series we have recently successfully negotiated on Churchfields.
“New, expanding and relocating businesses are being drawn increasingly to the industrial estate by the quality and variety of commercial property available.
“We are currently progressing more deals and expect to see demand continue to rise during 2015.”
As well as fitted carpets, the offices have storage heating, WCs, a kitchen and allocated parking.
