This month saw the leading UK regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, complete and hand over a custom-built new storage and light production facility to local aluminium extrusion product supplier, Vision Profiles Ltd, at its Quedgeley West Business Park, near junction 12 of the M5 in Gloucestershire.
Pete Davies, Senior Development Manager for St. Modwen in the South West, said:
“This new facility for Vision Profiles is one of the final two buildings recently completed at Quedgeley West Business Park. The second is a speculative 29,000 sq ft detached building, now complete and available, for purchase or rent, by businesses looking to expand or relocate to the area. . These buildings mark the completion of the entire site, where over 460,000 sq ft of distribution and industrial space is now occupied.”
Alan Grady, Managing Director, at Vision Profiles added:
“We have now successfully moved into our new premises at Quedgeley West. Delivered by St. Modwen ahead of schedule, this bespoke unit has enabled us to relocate into a bigger facility that will help us to further expand and grow our operation over time in line with market demand – which is good news for our business and for future local new job opportunities.”
Now complete, Quedgeley West Business Park, is one of four St. Modwen sites in Gloucestershire. The other sites still underway in the area are Quedgeley East Business Park, adjacent to Junction 12, Gateway 12 at Waterwells Business Park and the £150 million mixed-use Littlecombe scheme in Dursley.
Quedgeley West Business Park agents, for occupiers interested in the final unit now available for purchase or for rent, are Alder King and Ash and Co.
