Commenting on the news that the South Bristol Link section of MetroBus has been granted full approval by the Department of Transport today, Chris Miles, associate director at JLL in Bristol, said:
“This is fantastic news for the local economy. For too long the area has suffered from a stigma associated with poor transport links and heavy congestion on Winterstoke Road, which has resulted in many businesses having moved elsewhere over the past few years. This road will enhance employment opportunities not just in the immediate area, but across the city as a whole.”
