FHP acting on behalf of CUK Clothing Limited have completed a letting of some 50,000 sq ft to Torch Academy Gateway Trust for a Free School.
The School, which opened to new pupils in September at Haydn Road, is in the former Courtaulds factory.
FHP introduced the opportunity to Torch Academy Gateway Trust, whilst Matt Robertson at JLL’s Nottingham Office acted on their behalf.
FHP in conjunction with Innes England have been retained by CUK Clothing Limited to seek tenants for the remaining accommodation occupied by Courtaulds totaling approximately 25,000 sq ft at ground and first floors.
David Hargreaves of FHP said: “The ground floor will be appropriate for retail use, sitting next to the 25,000 sq ft Courtaulds Factory Shop, whilst the first floor provides first class open plan office accommodation with a variety of individual meeting rooms. The vacant accommodation benefits from some 150 on site car parking spaces to the rear of the building.
FHP and Innes England will be bringing the accommodation to the market in the New Year.
