LSH and JLL appointed agents for Cannock BP

National commercial property consultants Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) have been appointed joint letting agents for Gallan Park, a prime business and industrial park in Cannock.

The appointment for the Watling Street business park has been made by Birmingham-based Gallan Developments to source occupiers for the remaining plots on the 13.4 acre site to the south of Cannock town centre.

To date, Gallan has successfully delivered a 70,587 sq ft cross docked facility for Rhenus Logistics, and terms are agreed for a 60-bed Travelodge hotel, with construction due to start in the second quarter of 2012.

Gallan Park fronts onto the A5, close to the M6 and M6 Toll. The agents are marketing the remaining site on a design and build basis and are offering bespoke units from 12,000 to 70,000 sq ft on a freehold or leasehold basis.
