Acting on behalf of Cardiff-based property providers, Rombourne Ltd., agents DLP Surveyors (DLP) recently let unit 1-6 Moy Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff to ‘AAL’ on a new 7 year lease term. This prominently situated unit fronts onto Moy Road and is c. 14,350 sq.ft. comprising of ground and first floor office accommodation, plus workshop/storage facilities within a secure fenced compound.
