CBRE in Bristol has appointed Philip Morton as a Senior Director to head up the agency teams.
As head of Agency and Development, with responsibility for the office and industrial sectors, Philip will be in charge of further growing CBRE’s presence in these markets. He is renowned for his agency experience, having worked in Bristol for more than 17 years, first at Chesterton and latterly for DTZ.
Garry Hicks, managing director of CBRE’s Bristol office, said: “This is a significant appointment for us. Philip’s outstanding connections and his well regarded prominence in the agency sectors will further strengthen our position and reputation in these markets.”
Speaking about his appointment Philip said: “I am looking forward to this new challenge and to working with the experienced team already in place. CBRE has an outstanding international reputation while offering considerable resources and services for clients regionally and locally.”
Philip is actively involved with Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) and last year helped to organise the inaugural Cyclosportive fundraising event.
