2014 was a stellar year for the office portfolio of North West property company, Pin Property Consultancy.
In total, lettings amounting to 77,066 sq ft were achieved in their Birchwood office portfolio, equating to approximately 18% of the total take-up recorded for the wider Warrington area of 419,361 sq ft. This is strongest performance by any single landlord in the locality.
Pin currently has three office buildings in Birchwood: Rutherford House, Allday House and Washington House.
