Virgin Media Ltd has acquired 8.45 sq m (91 sq ft) at Kiosk 2, Waterside Shopping Centre, Lincoln, by way of a new 5 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease from August 2014. There is a tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 3.
The initial rent is £17,500 per annum exclusive.
