Wiggins Lockett Thompson’s Black Country office have sold the freehold interest in the property known as Quality House, Spring Lane, Willenhall.
Acting on behalf of Joyce and Reddington Holdings Limited the property was put on the market when the previous Tenant decided to relocate.
