A well-established insurance broker and financial advisor is relocating in Salisbury city centre through Myddelton & Major.
Annetts & Orchard which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2014, is moving to attractive new offices in a listed building in Castle Street.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully acted on behalf of the landlord to negotiate the lease at an asking rent of £11,500 per annum.
With the benefit of a new full repairing and insuring lease of 10 years, Annetts & Orchard has taken substantial office space over the first and second floors of the character building.
Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “Annetts & Orchard is a long-established and well-respected firm.
“This relocation to attractive, centrally-located offices in the professional services heart of Salisbury is a milestone in its history.
“With a range of accommodation and space to suit it needs, the move will deliver capacity for the firm to further successfully grow for many more years to come.”
He added: “This is one of a series of transactions we have successfully completed in the city centre recently.”
The property at 31 Castle Street covers a total of 1,727 sq ft (160 sq m) over the first and second floors of the property, including nine offices and a kitchen.
Annetts & Orchard was established in 1984 by Peter Annetts and Paul Orchard for individual and business clients.
It joins insurance brokers, estate agents, solicitors and other professional services firms in the area.
