Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 279 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth to Mr Paul Gray who will open the premises as a micro-pub.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 509 sq ft with a further 255 sq ft of ancillary storage and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £7,800 per annum, exclusive.
