Humberts have recently agreed the letting of a first floor self-contained office suite at Midas House, Heron Gate, Hankridge Way, Taunton which was available at a quoting rent of £12,950 per annum. The first floor office suite had a net internal area of 86.44 sq m (930 sq ft) and outside had allocated parking for 4 vehicles.
Stephen Richards, director of Humberts, comments “we received strong interest for the office suite as soon as we brought it to the market due to its location being only ¼ mile from the M5 motorway at junction 25 in Taunton”.
