One of Bristol’s most distinctive Georgian parades has been bought in a deal worth about £4 million.
Change Real Estate has acquired the freehold of the parade in Redcliffe, which includes six town houses, most recently used as office accommodation, together with offices to the rear.
The six buildings at 3-8 Redcliffe Parade West have grade II-listed status. Together with the separate office building, the total floor area is 32,400 sq ft.
The property has been acquired in a joint venture with Cannon Family Office from a private vendor for a sum in the region of £4 million. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Change Real Estate on the acquisition.
Ron Persaud, director of Change Real Estate, said: “The Redcliffe area is undergoing a renaissance, from the Bristol General Hospital redevelopment through to Redcliff Square. This is an exciting acquisition for Change Real Estate in the heart of an historic corner of Bristol.”
The property, which is currently vacant, has existing planning consent for conversion to 14 residential units.
