Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of 101 Station Road, Taunton on behalf of their clients. The property provided a prominent lock up shop premises with main road frontage near to the railway station.
The retail unit provided WC facilities, rear store and enclosed courtyard with rear access. The property was available at a rent of £6,500 per annum and was let within less than a month of bringing it to the market.
