Acting on behalf of a Freshwater Property Management, Goadsby have let 9 Stafford Road to the LetDirect, who will be using the space to house their in-house maintenance team.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 476 sq ft, as well as further storage space in the basement and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £3,500 per annum exclusive.
