GBR Phoenix Beard has secured a ten year letting to Mitsubishi Electric Europe at 3140 Park Square at Birmingham Business Park. Mitsubishi Electric Europe is a leading supplier of air-conditioning system, ventilation and domestic and commercial heating and cooling products and associated services. The 5,830 sq ft office will serve as the company’s Midlands’ sales office and 35 employees will be based there. The company is making a significant investment into energy efficient systems and is also planning to incorporate a training suite at the facilities, providing the facility for training customers and engineers in energy saving processes.
Speaking about Mitsubishi Electric Europe’s decision to lease space at 3140 Park Square, its UK branch Facilities Manager Andrew Martin-Flaven said:
“3140 Park Square provides a perfect solution for our Midlands’ sales operations. We were looking for an office facility with two distinct areas for sales and training, and the space we have taken can be easily configured to meet these needs. Accessibility to the site was a key factor determining our decision, as we anticipate that our engineers and customers will travel from all parts of the UK to this centre. First impressions count a lot and the overall environment here is highly appealing to visitors. The business park ticked many of the boxes in our search criteria.”
