Property consultancy GVA has promoted Jonathan Lowe to the role of Principal Surveyor in its Liverpool office.
Jonathan has been with GVA for seven years.
The move follows an increase in market activity across the North West Region for GVA’s Liverpool and Manchester offices.
As Principal Surveyor, Jonathan will continue to work with the Office and Industrial Agency teams. He will specialise in providing disposal, development consultancy and acquisition advice to a wide range of clients throughout the region.
Speaking about the appointment, Patrick Whitby, Regional Senior Director at GVA’s Liverpool office, commented: “Jonathan has served GVA and its clients extremely well over the past seven years, and this well deserved promotion builds on his strengths and skills.
