A ground floor office unit has been let to solicitors Blanchards Bailey LLP as their Poundbury office. The ground floor unit which is approximately 1,494 sq ft (139 sq m) in the West Wing on Peverell Avenue West has been let for a term of 15 years. The quoting rent was £22,410 pa.
