Acting on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall, Goadsby Commecial’s Dorchester office along with joint agents Bartle Pye, have recently let three units in Kings Point House, the Duchy’s flagship building on Queen Mother Square in the heart of Poundbury.
A retail unit has been let to Brace of Butchers LLP as their first retail venture. The ground floor unit which is approximately 1,772 sq ft (165 sq m) in Shop 1 on the Peverell Avenue elevation has been let for a term of 20 years. A rent of £26,200 pa was agreed.
The whole of the first floor offices which extend to approximately 10,426 sq ft (969 sq m) have been let to AMEC Group for a term of 10 years. A rent of £135,500 pa was agreed.
Part of the second floor offices, extending to approximately 3,063 sq ft (285 sq m) have been let to consultants, RPS Energy, for a term of 10 years. A rent of £40,500 pa was agreed.
