Acting on behalf of a private client, the Southampton office of Goadsby Commercial have let 8-14 Victoria Road, Woolston, Southampton.
The retail unit has been let to the new discount retailer chain Max 99p Limited. Woolston will be their fourth store. The unit, which is approximately 3,230 sq. ft. on the ground floor plus a basement of 3,300 sq ft has been let for five years. The quoting rental was £35,000 per annum.
