Vail Williams LLP, leading real estate advisers, have secured a new three year lease on industrial premises with Southampton Yacht Services Ltd at Unit C Centurion Business Park, Southampton.
The industrial unit is 11,485 sq ft (1,067 sq m) and has been taken on a new full repairing and insuring lease until 30 September 2014 off a quoting rent of £7 per sq ft per annum. Southampton Yacht Services build one-off luxury yachts and refit sailing and motor yachts. The company has a purpose-built facility for this work at Saxon Wharf, Southampton. Unit C Centurion Business Park will be used for the fitting and teak decking of bare fibreglass which will then be transported to Saxon Wharf where the deck will be attached to the hull to produce the completed yacht.
Vail Williams acted on behalf of Staffordshire County Council in this letting to Southampton Yacht Services, who were represented by Aiken Commercial Ltd.
