Trebor delivers superb new HQ for Father Hudson’s

Trebor Developments is pleased to announce handover of the new office headquarters for Father Hudson’s Society in Coleshill.

The new 10,000 sq. ft. office will be home to 50 people, including the charity’s staff, colleagues from associated organisations and a volunteer force.  The three storey building has been specifically designed to suit the client requirements and incorporates a stunning chapel area comprising elements made in Bethlehem.

The new HQ has been funded by residential development of the wider Coventry Road site, where Trebor has helped to unlock significant value for Father Hudson’s Society via working with Bellway Homes and McCarthy & Stone to secure planning permission and undertake complex re-organisation of the estate.

Designed by Corstorphine & Wright, and built by Bellway’s team, the new office embodies low energy design and takes advantage of impressive views over the Coleshill’s Blythe Valley countryside.

Tim Bradford, Chief Executive of Father Hudson’s Society said: “We are delighted to accept the keys for our new office.  It is a superb building that helps to secure our future by providing us with state of the art accommodation that will be far more efficient to operate.  Trebor has done a first class job in working with our team and the development consortium to get us to this stage”.

Mark Wright, Partner of Trebor Developments, said: “We are really proud to complete this building for Father Hudson’s.  Our team has designed and delivered a superb scheme and the adjoining residential development is now really taking shape.  This project is another example of Trebor working with occupier clients to unlock opportunities and deliver high quality and efficient buildings”.
