Computer 2000 has acquired the 47,821 sq ft office building known as Redwood 2 at MEPC‘s Chineham Park, with Basingstoke’s biggest office letting for the past six years. This high-quality building has been let for ten years, at a rent of £16.00 per sq ft.
Computer 2000 is part of TechData, a global distributor of technology products, which is ranked 109th on the 2010 FORTUNE 500 list. It will be moving to Redwood 2 to provide its business with a better quality platform to support its expansion, as staff numbers grow towards 500.
