DTZ has appointed a new Director to its Bristol office.
Jo Williams joins the Project & Building Consultancy team. She brings 19 years experience and joins DTZ from Ridge and Partners LLP where she worked in all aspects of core building surveying with has strong experience in delivering projects and developing client framework management skills.
In addition to this, Jo is actively involved in the Association of Women in Property South West and was Regional Chair in 2012.
Jo will report to the Head of DTZ’s Bristol office, Tim Davis.

Bristol’s Project & Building Consultancy team is part of a multi-disciplinary DTZ team recently appointed to support the relocation of Taunton Deane Borough Council from Deane House to County Hall in Taunton. The team will provide due diligence, space planning and project monitoring services.
