G W Sissons, the owners of By-Pass Park Estate in Sherburn in Elmet, are delighted to announce that the estate is officially fully occupied after leasing the last two units.
The new tenants are national bathroom distribution company Davroc who have relocated their northern depot from Bolton to Sherburn in Elmet. Davroc have taken two units totalling 8,700 sq ft on a 5 year term.
By-Park Park Estate is one of the largest single owned industrial estates in North Yorkshire comprising circa 75,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse accommodation on a site of approx 16 acres. The estate is strategically located just off Junction 42 of the A1(M) Motorway providing superb access to both the North and West Yorkshire regions.
The new tenants follow on swiftly after regional distribution company Zenith Logistics took 7,000 sq ft, national ground investigation company Geotechnics took 4,500 sq ft and LED lighting suppliers Vexica took 4,500 sq ft, with all completing in October.
