Property advisers DTZ and Jenkins Best have been appointed as the joint marketing agents at a prominent South Wales industrial estate in close proximity to Cardiff.
The joint agents will be responsible for marketing 42,000 sq ft of vacant space at Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate in Pontyclun, near Llantrisant.
The estate was purchased by Wagner Development Limited from VALAD as part of the Lunar Portfolio in July 2014.
Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate is located approximately three miles north of junction 34 of the M4 motorway and nine miles east of Cardiff. The estate is currently home to a range of occupiers including Travis Perkins SDV Bernard and Almet Ltd.
Rob Ladd of DTZ’s Industrial agency team in Cardiff commented: “Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate has established a strong reputation, providing flexible space in a strategic location. The estate benefits from a range of different sized units and we look forward to working closely with the new owners to build upon its success and attract occupiers to the remaining vacant units.”
Anthony Jenkins of Jenkins Best added: “We are delighted to be involved in the marketing of this popular estate which will be improved further by the new owner’s refurbishment proposals and investment strategy.”
