Beating the Christmas rush KGA Chartered Surveyors have disposed of Unit 14 Madeley Road Industrial Estate, North Moons Redditch, a 5,854 sq ft industrial unit, on behalf of the landlord to Sterimedix. Not only does this deal create a fully let estate but it also the second time KGA and Sterimedix have combined, as KGA were involved in the initial expansion of this company when instructed to dispose of industrial units in the Kingfisher Business Park.
Sterimedix are an expanding Redditch company specialising in manufacturing and distributing single use surgical products for ophthalmic surgery worldwide. The company’s product development has allowed them to expand in other surgical fields including facial aesthetics and ENT. This growth in sales has resulted in the need to expand their property holdings resulting in the acquisition of this unit on a leasehold basis.

We were keen to remain in Redditch given the location of our existing premises and the opportunity to take a unit at the nearby Madeley Road estate provided the best fit for our company.”
