Vail Williams LLP, leading real estate advisers, have secured a seven year lease with Autofutura Limited for office units 1 and 2 at Berrywood Business Village, Hedge End.
 
Autofutura is the leading specialist provider of global data management software solutions and value added consultancy to the automotive leasing industry, motor manufacturers, fleet operators and rental companies.
 
The office units are within an attractive courtyard at Berrywood Business Village which is located in Hedge End one mile from the M27. The Village comprises eight former farm buildings which have been extensively renewed or rebuilt. Units 1 and 2 are within a range of single storey buildings covering 1,151 sq ft (107 sq m) and 552 sq ft (52 sq m) respectively. The site includes car parking and the offices have kitchenettes, WCs and carpeting throughout. The new seven year lease is off a quoting price of £34,000 per annum.
