The South’s leading car credit company, Right Drive, has moved to larger premises on the outskirts of Portsmouth as the business expands its used car/finance offering.
Agents Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, acting on behalf of G3S, has let the 13,500 sq ft industrial warehouse on Southampton Road, North Harbour to Right Drive for six years at an average rent of £55,000 p.a.
The well located, road fronting, property gives Right Drive a main warehouse with on-site office space and a secure yard area for stock. In addition there is parking at the front of the building for up to 15 visitor cars.
Commenting on the decision to move to North Harbour, Right Drive’s Business Manager Steve Gillett said: “We had been looking to move the business for some months, so when the opportunity came to relocate to North Harbour, we were keen to secure the site as it ticked the boxes for us in terms of location, size and having a secure area for our increasing car selection.”
