Burston Cook has recently completed two freehold office sales in the Bristol area. On behalf of a private pension fund the freehold interest of 14 Small Street, Bristol, BS1 1DE has been sold. The property comprising a self-contained office building of approximately 195 sq m was sold at a freehold of £285,000. The purchasers, Redwing Private Pension Fund were not represented.
Burston Cook acting on behalf of Alliance Communications Ltd have also acquired Unit 8, Eden Office Park, Ham Green, BS20 ODD. The property totally approximately 90.6 sq m (976 sq ft) was acquire freehold at a price of £165,000. The vendors, Bristol and Western Properties Ltd were represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook.
