Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 349 Lymington Road, Highcliffe to Noisy Cat Ltd who will open the premises as a coffee shop.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 298 sq ft with additional storage of 208 sq ft and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £7,000 per annum, exclusive.
