Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 317/319 Charminster Road, Bournemouth to BSP Wardrobe Hire who will open the premises as a retail outlet.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 414 sq ft with a 3 bedroom maisonette above and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £17,500 per annum, exclusive.
