Acting on behalf of private landlord clients Vickery Holman’s Truro office have recently concluded the letting of 21 Meneage Street, Helston, Cornwall.
The shop, which was previously let to Julian Graves, has been let to Countrywide Estate Agents who will be refurbishing the property and re-locating their Miller estate agency office from smaller premises across the street.
Alan Treloar of Vickery Holman reports “The shop has a ground floor sales area of 68 sq m (733 sq ft) with rear back up space of 45 sq m (482 sq ft) and was let off an asking rent of £17,500 per annum. One of my building surveyor colleagues obtained A2 planing consent for the premises, which covers uses such as estate agency, earlier this year to widen its marketability and this coincided with the interest coming forward from Countrywide.”
