Humberts have recently agreed the sale of Units 14 and 14b Creech Mills Industrial Estate, Creech St Michael, on the edge of Taunton. The industrial units both came with secured yards on the Creech Mills Industrial Estate, which is an established trading estate location on the edge of Taunton. Unit 14 had an industrial unit with a gross internal area of 134.89 m² (1,451 ft²) and Unit 14b had a gross internal area of 87.63 m² (942 ft²). Both had secure yards laid to concrete/asphalt which were enclosed by palisade fencing.
Stephen Richards, a Director of Humberts, comments; ‘Creech Mills Industrial Estate is a popular site as it is located just under 1 mile away from Junction 25 of the M5 Motorway. The industrial units were for sale at a guide price of £225,000 and received strong interest as there is a lack of availability of buildings with commercial yards within the area at this time.’
