Cushman & Wakefield has hired Simon Hill as an associate from BNP Paribas Real Estate to further strengthen its market leading central London retail team.
Simon brings with him a wealth of experience in advising domestic and international brands alongside major retailers on real estate strategy.
Specialising predominantly in the central London and Greater London markets, he has represented retailer clients including various brands within the LVMH Group, jeweller Frey Wille and landlords including Ballymore, The City of London Corporation and UBS Global Asset Management.
Prior to his time at BNP Paribas, Simon worked for Capital Retail where he was involved in a broad range of retail agency instructions from across the UK, with a particular focus on London and the South East.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Simon will work closely with head of central London retail Peter Mace and his team on a variety of projects on behalf of both landlords and occupiers across core London streets.
Peter Mace said: “I’m very pleased Simon has joined our team – he is widely respected by the market and brings with him some first-class experience. He will be an important part of the team as we look to grow the practice even further in the future.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s central London retail team was involved in 350 retail transactions in the London area last year. It is the recognised leader in the London luxury sector and has previously advised Tom Ford and Alberta Ferretti on Sloane Street and Bally, La Perla and Belstaff on New Bond Street.
