The Cardiff office of Knight Frank has promoted Mark Sutton to Partner in the office agency and development team.
He joined Knight Frank as an associate in 2010 from BNP Paribas Real Estate in Cardiff.

The Knight Frank office in Cardiff is widely regarded as one of the strongest commercial property consultancies in South Wales and has been involved in many of the high profile instructions including MEPC’s Callaghan Square and JR Smart’s Capital Quarter 7 acre scheme in Cardiff city centre, Aviva’s Cardiff Waterside estate and Igloo’s 37 acre Porth Teigr site in Cardiff Bay.
Mark Sutton, 41, is married with two children and lives in Cardiff.
