London Clancy are pleased to report continued take-up at Chalcroft Distribution Park, West End.
18,200 sq ft (1,690 sq m) has been taken by Oasis Water Products.
Oasis Water Products, who are temporarily relocating from their current operation at Fair Oak were pleased with the flexibility that the landlords at Chalcroft could offer while their existing premises was being rebuilt after being fire damaged. James Marshall, Managing Director of Oasis said that “Chalcroft attracted them due to the flexibility of the lease and the importance of having 24 hour security”.
This deal follows the recent letting of Unit 1 Chalcroft to Smith Bradbeer & Company who has taken a five year lease on 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) to facilitate their warehousing distribution needs following the success of their retail store at Hedge End.
